IM Pinnacle Institute, Inc. (IMPI) is a Section 501©3, Nonprofit Corporation, with the aim to empower families with healthy style knowledge of preparing foods and to train qualified individuals in culinary art skills that will help them to secure gainful employment.

IM Pinnacle Institute, Inc. (IMPI) is a cooking and training institute and is on a mission to empower our community with the need to learn how to prepare and plan healthy meals both at home and in the foodservice industry.
We are committed to offer a “Healthy Living” program in two segments. First our “Cooking Matters,” where we teach low income and at-risk families on how to receive the knowledge in ways to prepare healthy wholesome and cost-effective meals on budget.
The second program is “The Essentials in Foodservice.” We are also committed to instruct qualified individuals in the knowledge of Culinary Arts. In so doing, we will be preparing each student for gainful employment opportunity in the foodservice industry.
With the Essentials in Foodservice program, we are dedicated to helping people aspire to get the fresh start employment they deserve.
In this program, they will receive in class hands-on instruction in knife skills, proper use and cleaning of kitchen equipment, and the knowledge of the various styles and stages of cooking.
